Myrtle Beach police responded to an address on Flagg Street between 6th and 7th Avenues North around 1 p.m. Friday, when a backpack containing chemicals was found in the back of a pick up truck.
Police blocked off part of the road as they waited for the State Law Enforcement Division to help handle the chemicals.
No arrests have been made.
