An early-morning fire in Calabash destroyed a strip mall on Carter Drive.
Firefighters got the call at 12:20 a.m. They arrived on scene a few minutes later, but flames were already shooting through the roof of 947 Bistro & Pub (formerly known as Nesbitt's Bar and Grill), and spread quickly to other adjoining businesses.
