Police investigate suspicious brush fires in Carolina Forest

Horry County police are investigating two separate brush fires in the Avalon subdivision in Carolina Forest.

Avalon is near the Windsor Green condos, where 109 condos burned Saturday night.

Horry County Fire Rescue put out the two fires Sunday night and police were called to investigate, according to the Horry County Police Department Facebook page.

Police are calling the fires suspicious.
