Two suspects wanted for robbing two people who were dropping off a nightly deposit for a Dollar Tree are in custody.
Daniel Mclean, 20, and Ryan Abrams, 27, were arrested in connection to this armed robbery.
In November, two Dollar Tree employees were depositing two bank bags containing $2,000 each at Wells Fargo on 21 Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, according to an incident report.
As an employee got out of his vehicle, one robber put a handgun to the employee's head and demanded the money, according to the report.
One robber took one of the bags with $2,000 and ran off into a wooded area, according to the report.
Mclean was arrested on February 12, and Abrams was arrested Sunday afternoon.
Mclean is listed on his arrest report as an employee of The Dollar Tree.
