Jeffery Richard Weeks, 34, of Orlando, Florida is facing a Burglary charge, after an incident at E Noodles & Co. on 20th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach.

Police arrested Weeks Thursday morning.

On Tuesday night, officers were called to the restaurant and found a window that was busted out.

They also found small drops of blood on a table and in the bar area.

Surveillance video shows the suspect grabbing a phone off the bar counter and then stealing a bottle of Scotch, according to the police report.

He then leaves through the front door.

The business owners identified the man as Weeks. They say he is an acquaintance of the owners and had been drinking at the bar earlier in the night and left his cell phone.

He was informed that he couldn't get his phone until the business was open on Wednesday.

Weeks is being held without bond.
