Traffic lights are being repaired on Highway 17 and Highway 90 in Little River Wednesday morning.
South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers said to expect delays for at least two hours, beginning at 6:30 a.m.
Lance Corporal Sonny Collins with Highway Patrol said a car ran off the road and hit a traffic light just before 3:00 Wednesday morning.
