McKinley Wilson, Jr., 55, of Williamsburg County has been found after disappearing from his doctors office in Florence Wednesday.
Mr. Wilson was located at approximately 2:00 Thursday morning according to Florence police.
Officers say he went to a medical practice with his sister on West Palmetto Street Wednesday morning.
Wilson stepped outside and never came back according to police.
