A Williamsburg County man disappeared after he walked away from his doctor's office in Florence Wednesday.
Florence police are looking for McKinley Wilson, Jr.,55.
He went to a medical practice with his sister on West Palmetto Street Wednesday morning.
Officers say he stepped outside and never came back.
Wilson was spotted near Cedar Towers off of Dargan Street around 5:30 p.m.
He asked some people for directions back to the doctor's office on West Palmetto Street, but since then he's disappeared, according to Major Carlos Raines with Florence police.
Raines says Wilson is on medication and has a speech problem from suffering numerous strokes.
He's about 6'2 inches tall and weighs about 235 pounds. Raines says he was wearing khaki pants and a khaki jacket.
