The family of Brandon "Peanut" Graves gathered in Dillon to ask for help in his disappearance.
Graves went missing on January 30, 2010 in Sumter County.
Deputies there say he went to Sebastian Nightclub following homecoming festivities at Morris College.
Officers say bouncers removed him and he hasn't been seen since.
"It's been a disaster since he been gone. We been hoping and praying and we still have our family prayer," said Jacqueline Graves, Aunt.
"I woke up this morning with it on my mind and I thought back to the night I had receive the phone call that he was out of place. And my mind just took me back three years ago," said Larry German, Uncle.
The family says Graves would never be gone this long without contacting them.
They say it's out of character for him because he took pride in spending time with his family in Dillon County.
Graves lived in Myrtle Beach and at one time was a trainer for the Coastal Carolina University football team.
Sumter County deputies have held numerous searches for Graves and even questioned someone about his disappearance, but say they haven't had any major developments in the past year.
The Cue Center for Missing People is helping in the search.
Graves' relatives say despite whatever new evidence or information develops, they still believe he's alive and is waiting to come home.
Martha German said, "I refuse to even let go even up until the next second , I refuse to let go."
"We gone come up with an answer. And I feel like we gone get an answer soon," said Larry German.
The family says they will continue to hold candle light vigil and other ceremonies until Graves comes home.
