High pressure will gradually push off of the Southeast Coast over the next 24 hours bringing a nice warm up back to the area. Unseasonably warm conditions remain through Wednesday with highs in the 70s for many locations Tuesday and Wednesday. A cold front will come through late Wednesday witha period of heavy rain and the potential for strong wind gusts.You can always track our rain chances on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app! After the warm up ahead of the front, high pressure will push in reminding us this is Winter. Highs will top out in the 50s through the end of the week and only low 50s at best for the weekend.

Today: Cloud cover will vary from partly sunny to mostly cloudy with only a slim chance for a stray shower. Highs: Mid/Upper 50s.

Tonight: Areas of dense fog otherwise mostly cloudy and mild. Lows: Grand Strand: Around 50°, Inland: Upper 40s.

Tuesday:Cloud cover will vary from partly sunny to mostly cloudy with only a slim chance for a stray shower. Highs: Upper 60s. Highs-Low 70s.
