Deputies say four women got into a fight at Virginia College on David McLeod Boulevard in Florence just before 6:45 p.m. Thursday.
It's not known if the women are students at the college.
Initially, as many as seven officers with the Florence Police Department and the Florence County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene.
Captain Michael Nunn with the Florence County Sheriff's Office says EMS was called, but none of the women were taken to the hospital.
He says one of them is expected to be arrested and charged with Breach of Peace.
This investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are possible.
