Georgetown County deputies arrested Andrew Tucker Wesley, 19, of Murrells Inlet about 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Deputies were looking for Tucker Tuesday afternoon on the request of a probate judge who wanted him held for a mental evaluation, but they couldn't find him.

Witnesses said he had a gun.

A woman shared her encounter with him Tuesday when he showed up to her business, she says, holding a rifle and asked to use the phone.

Deputies found Wesley driving a golf cart without its lights on on Highway 17 Business in Murrells Inlet Wednesday morning.

When they stopped him, deputies say Wesley gave them false information.

Deputies arrested Wesley for False Information to a Police Officer and Golf Cart Violation, No Permit.

Wesley was taken to the Georgetown County Detention Center where he is awaiting a bond hearing and to be transported on the probate order.
