North Myrtle Beach police say James Munson, 72, had been found in Bennettsville.
He went missing the evening of November 1, while vacationing in North Myrtle Beach with his wife.
He apparently left in his car at 10:30 p.m. Thursday and did not return, according to North Myrtle Beach spokesman Pat Dowling.
He had been taking a medication prescribed by his doctor that left him a little disoriented. His doctor took him off that medication and he became more disoriented, according to Dowling.
