On Thursday, the 15th Circuit Drug Enforcement Unit and the Horry County Sheriff's Office Warrant Division arrested three people for illegally possessing prescription drugs.
After a three-month investigation, police arrested Toni Pellegrino, 50, Brittney Gregson, 20, and Dennis Krasinski, 30, after recovering the prescription drugs Oxycodone and Xanax from the home.
Residents from the Brandy Mill subdivision off of Socastee Blvd. complained of high amounts of traffic that would stay at 100 Split Oak Court for a few moments then leave, according to the DEU.
This is the second search warrant executed at the home in the past year.
On January 26th, agents found approximately 17 doses of what field-tested positive to be black tar heroin and approximately two grams of what tested to be marijuana.
Other substances located in the January search were a Clonazepam pill, three Morephine and Adderall pills and eight Xanax.
In January, agents also located numerous needles both used and unused throughout the residence, empty baggies, implements used in the ingestion of both, marijuana and methamphetamine, as well as ingredients and precursors that are commonly used in the production of methamphetamine.
Pellegrino is the only resident on the property during both investigations, a DEU agent said.
Krasinski was also wanted out of Horry County for unrelated charges, according to the DEU.
All three arrested were sent J. Reuben Long Detention Center where they are awaiting formal charges.
