Orlando Gaddy, 18, has been charged with Murder in the shooting death of Ronnie Glenn Martin, 33, that occurred two weeks ago.
Martin's body was found behind a gas station on Martin Luther King Drive.
Gaddy remains at the Robeson County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond for Second Degree Murder.
