Horry County Fire Rescue spokeswoman, Leslie Yancey, says firefighters were called to the scene of a single wide mobile home fire around 9:30 Thursday night.

The mobile home is located on Blue Star Court near Loris.

Yancey says when firefighters arrived on the scene, heavy flames were showing from the structure.  The home was destroyed.

Two people were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Their conditions have not been released.

There is no word on what caused the fire.
