After complaints about indecent exposures and lewd acts, Myrtle Beach police sent two undercover officers to the 82nd Avenue North beach access. Two men were arrested for exposing themselves and lewd acts.

According to a police report, about 3 p.m. Wednesday, the two officers saw a man, now identified as Kevin Lee Dailey, 49, of Cayce, SC sitting at the access. The officers approached him and began a conversation. While talking with him, another man, Thomas Emmett Leeper, 76, from North Myrtle Beach, walked up and sat down at the access too.

The officers say during the 10 minute conversation, which was recorded, nothing sexual was said. The officers say Leeper then pulled his shorts aside and exposed himself. They say Dailey did the same thing.

Leeper and Dailey are both charged with exposure of private parts in a lewd and lascivious manner.
