Two people accused of stealing cows now face Grand Larceny charges.

Marion County deputies arrested Brenda Kaiser, 32, and John Lundy Nolan, Jr., 47, Tuesday. Both are from Blenheim.

Kaiser is charged with two counts of Grand Larceny value $10,000 or more.

Nolan is charged with one count of Grand Larceny value $10,000 or more.

Four black Angus cows and one black Angus bull were reported stolen on August 30. Ten Black Angus cows and a hot box, which gives an electrical charge to a fence to keep it warm, were reported stolen September 10.

Marion County detectives say a witness saw Kaiser and Nolan stealing the cows.

They say money was the motive behind the thefts. Deputies say the 14 cows are worth $20,000.
