Solicitor Ed Clements tells NewsChannel 15 Nicky Allen Wilson pleaded guilty to Assault and Battery with intent to kill and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, including credit for one year already served.

Wilson was stopped by Officer Andrew Capps during a traffic stop August 12, 2006. When Capps approached Wilson's car, they say Wilson hit Capps and then dragged him 150 feet causing severe bodily injury.

He was arrested in Newport, Tennessee in August, 2011, after he was featured on the television program America's Most Wanted.
