Horry County police have arrested two men and charged them with Animal Fighting after finding a cell phone they say contained video of dog fighting.
Leon Dale Green, 23, and Byron J. Jackson, 19, both of Loris, were arrested Monday.
According to a police report, an officer found a cell phone on September 30th while patrolling the Cedar Branch community of Horry County.
Officers reviewed the video and say they identified Green and Jackson as two of the people involved.
Officers are attempting to locate other people in the video.
