Conway police worked a wreck with possible ejection on Highway 544 at Jackson Bluff Road near Coastal Carolina University.
Three vehicles were involved. Rescue crews took four people to the hospital.
The Horry County Sheriff's Office and Highway Patrol helped with the investigation.
