A Surfside Beach lottery winner is debt free after she came across a $100,000 winning lottery ticket at the Turtle Market at 6189 Highway 707 in Horry County.

The winner, who did not want to be identified, couldn't stop smiling while telling lottery officials how she won $100,000 on a $5 Scorchin' Hot 5's ticket she scratched while filling up her car at the Turtle Market.

"Wow!" she said over and over again.

The winner's $5 ticket overcame the one in 480,000 odds to take the next to the last top prize in the Scorchin' Hot 5's game.

For selling the claimed ticket, Turtle Market received a commission of $1,000.
