Around 1 p.m. Richard Biggs, 42, and Sandra Sanford, 55, were arrested for disrobing in public according to a police report.
Myrtle Beach police responded to a tip from an off duty Myrtle Beach police officer that there were two people having sex outside the Adam and Eve store on Seaboard Street.
When police arrived Biggs and Sanford were found walking through the Wal-Mart parking lot.
They have a court date set for September 25.
