US Marshals found Odom Bryant Tuesday night in Columbus County, North Carolina.
Police say he, Sandy Lee Locklear, and James Nehemiah Evans are responsible for killing Locklears husband and his son on Red Bluff Road near Loris.
Amos Hatfield, 66, and his son Thomas Howard Hatfield, 40, were shot and killed on August 19.
Police charged Sandy Lee Locklear with two counts of Murder, Burglary 1st Degree, and Filing a False Police Report on August 20.
Evans turned himself in on August 24.
Bryant is awaiting extradition to Horry County. Police say he'll be charged with two counts of Murder and one count of Burglary First Degree.
