Darlington High School and Hartsville High School each received a Discover Pathway to Financial Success Grant to enhance financial education.

Darlington High School will receive $28,300. Hartsville High School will receive $20,859.

The Discover Brighter Futures Fund of Discover Financial Services grant will fund the "Financial Fitness for Life (FFFL)" curriculum, as well as pay for financial education technology for each school.

Financial Fitness for Life was created by the Council for Economic Education. It's a comprehensive personal finance curriculum for K-12 students that teaches students how to make well-informed decisions about personal finance, such as earning income, spending, saving, borrowing, investing, and managing money.
