Workers at the Old Rice Museum in Georgetown say it will probably be a day or two before the town clock is working.

The clock tower was struck by lightning May 3, 2007 and the hands on the clock were removed for building repairs last year.

They were replaced Friday and workers say the electrician was there Wednesday to try to get it working, but it might be another day or so before the hands are turning and the chimes are going off again.
