Robeson County deputies say three women intentionally burned a double-wide mobile home and collected insurance money from the fire in 2010.

Jackie Locklear, 58, and her two daughters Julia Locklear, 31, and Chasity Locklear, 35, have all been arrested. Their charges include arson, solicitation to commit arson, felony conspiracy, felony insurance fraud and felony obtaining property by false pretense.

Deputies say the fire destroyed Julia Locklear's home on McGirt Road.

They say the women collected $22,000 in insurance money from the scheme.

Investigators say they hired Jennifer Sanders to burn the home for $100, but she never received the cash.

Sanders is charged with arson, felony burning of personal property and conspiracy.

All of the women have been released from the Robeson County Detention Center on bond.
