Fayetteville police say Garrett Alford, 21, of Lumberton was found dead behind a home on Colonial Drive, Tuesday morning.
Police charged Steven Moore, 25, and Rahsheed Williams with First Degree Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Moore was arrested in Robeson County, Wednesday morning.
Police have yet to find Williams.
