Myrtle Beach Recreation sponsored their 4th annual kid's triathlon on Saturday.
Depending on their age group, kids swam, biked, and ran different lengths.
This comes at the end of a week of camp, training the kids in all the different events.
Pete Politis, president of the Myrtle Beach Triathlon club was brought in to train the elite team.
He says this will be "the most epic race they'll probably do in their entire young childhood careers."
117 kids attended, and they all received a medal. If you would like to see your child's time, click here.
Mother and Physician, Zaundra Jones, says childhood obesity is a large problem in South Carolina and this is a good way to give kids a head start to a healthy life.
"It's really important for them to learn at a young age," said Jones. "Cause it's really hard to get people that are 50 and 60 years old to get out and exercise."
Organizers say they are already gearing up for next year's race.
