Investigators with Florence County Sheriff's Office arrested Brandon A. Singletary, 25, of Scranton and charged him with 2nd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and Committing Lewd Act Upon a Minor.
Investigators say around March 19, Singletary had sex with a 14-year-old victim at his home.
Singletary was released from the Florence County Detention Center following a bond hearing where a $15,000 surety bond was set by a Florence County Magistrate.
