Loris Police Chief Joe Vaught says an officer's car was shot while he was driving through a neighborhood in Loris Monday evening.
The officer was not hurt.
Horry County police are investigating. We're waiting to hear back from them for details on the shooting.
"We're the victim, so they're investigating," Chief Vaught said.
