The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division issued an Amber Alert Thursday morning for a 2-year-old Dorchester County girl.
The say Haley Renea Briggs was last seen at 122 High Bridge Road in Summerville at 1 a.m. Thursday.
Haley is 33 pounds with brown, curly hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a USA shirt and red pajama pants.
SLED believes she is with Megan Marie Briggs, 19. Briggs is 5'4", weighs about 140 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a black shirt and white pants.
They may be traveling in a 2003 gold Buick Centurty with SC tag number EQG113. The front license plate says Carolina Girl in a Sharpneck Auto Sales License frame.
