CONWAY -- Conway firefighters say a lightning strike could be the cause of a fire Tuesday afternoon.

It happened just before 6 p.m. at the 3100 Block of Mercer Drive. The fire was in a vacant apartment complex that is under construction.

Firefighters say the fire was contained quickly to the upstairs of one apartment.
