Happy 4th of July! Our forecast remains consistent to what the area saw yesterday. With high pressure still in control to our west, unseasonably hot and humid conditions will remain through the week. Highs will hit the low 90s by the beaches and into the mid/upper 90s Inland with the heat index(or feels like temperaure) peaking around 105°. Keep an eye out for scattered storms possible each and every afternoon, mainly Inland.  You can track the storms on First Alert Live Doppler 15000 or if you have an iPhone or Android make sure you download or app! The tropics at this point remain fairly quiet. You can always keep up with the latest on the tropics on the Hurricane Central page.

Today: Partly sunny, hot and humid with widely scattered storms possible. Highs- Grand Strand:Low 90s, Inland: Mid/Upper 90s.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, mild, and muggy.. Lows:Inland: Mid 70s, Grand Strand:Upper 70s,
