North Myrtle Beach police charged John Franklin Young, 75, of Midlane, North Carolina with public nudity last summer.
The charges have now been expunged.
Several witnesses said he was naked in his hotel room with the curtains pulled back as he looked down at the people in the pool area for about five to seven minutes Saturday afternoon.
Young told police he didn't know anyone could see him.
