Lanes of Kings Highway shut down for crash

Myrtle Beach police and fire departments responded to a three-vehicle crash about 8:15 a.m. Wednesday near Grande Dunes.

They shut Kings Highway down to one lane in both directions while they cleaned up the crash, but it has since been opened.

Myrtle Beach police say four people were taken to the hospital.
