Florence County Sheriff's Capt. Mike Nunn says deputies helped the FBI find a missing child out of West Windsor Township, New Jersey Tuesday.

Deputies found Morris Lundy at a McDonald's on Lucas Street with the 5-year-old before noon.

The child is the subject of a custodial action and Lundy is his grandfather, according to Capt. Nunn. He says Lundy was cooperative.

The child is doing well and not known to have been in any danger.

Lundy is being held on a detainer for West Windsor Township police.
