Daniel L. Staley, 40, of Florence, was arrested by Florence County deputies Thursday and charged with Disseminating Obscene Material to a Minor 12 Years or Under.
According to investigators, on May 10, Staley provided pornographic material and images to two minors between the ages of 5 and 7 at his home on Jeffords Street.
Under South Carolina law, disseminating obscene material to a minor is a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
Staley is being held at the Florence County Detention Center pending a bond hearing before a Florence County Magistrate.
