Florence County deputies charged Victor Brayboy, 67, and Carolyn Williams, 43, both of Lake City, each with Attempted Murder.
Deputies say Brayboy and Williams got into an argument with the victim on Salters Street in Lake City on Saturday.
They say Brayboy held the victim while Williams stabbed the victim multiple times.
The victim was taken to the hospital and flown to the Medical University of South Carolina. Deputies did not know the victim's condition.
Brayboy and Williams are being held at the Florence County Detention Center on surety bonds of $75,000.00 each.
