CONWAY -- Conway Police arrested two people they say abused children and gave them alcohol.
Amanada Nichols, 30, and her boyfriend George James, 21, are charged with Unlawful Neglect of a Child and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
Police say the three children were abused, exposed to cocaine and marijuana and given vodka and beer.
The children were placed with a relative.
