MYRTLE BEACH -- Horry County police arrested a man they say exposed himself at a Myrtle Beach restaurant.
Edward Williams, 54, is charged with Indecent exposure. Police say Williams was sitting angled at a drink pick-up area of a bar so the waitresses would have to see him exposed as they walked up.
Three waitresses reported seeing Williams.
When they left, the manager got his license plate number and police arrested him at his home.
