FLORENCE -- Circuit Court Judge Michael Nettles set bond at $200,000 for Hiralkumar Gopaldas.

The order releasing the conditions of the bond was filed Thursday afternoon with the Florence County Clerk of Court.

Deputies arrested Gopaldas after they say stabbed to death his wife Punam Gopaldas and her mother, Vinabin Patel, at their home in Florence County last June.

He has been jailed since then.

Gopaldas had asked for bond on three occasions and each time it was denied.

The order also says this time the State didn't object to Gopaldas being grant bail.

His bond comes with strict conditions. He must stay away from the victim's family, turn in his passports to the Florence Clerk of Court Office, and be monitored by a GPS tracking system.

Gopaldas' father, Ranjit Gopaldas Kalabhai, is also charged in the murders. He is out of jail on bond.
