Horry County police arrested three students Tuesday in connection with a bomb threat investigation at St. James High School.

A fifth bomb threat in the past three weeks was found at the school Tuesday. A note was found in the same bathroom where two of the previous threats were found. It said, "I'm going to bomb St. James Tues. Dec. 13, 2011 9:00am Get out or Die!!!"

Students were evacuated to the football field about 8:30 a.m.

The Horry County Police Department's Bomb Squad conducted a sweep of the school and didn't find anything, so the students were let back in the building.

Detectives then interviewed potential suspects they saw in surveillance video from the area of the school where the bathroom is located.

They charged Ashley Lynn Snyder, 17, with Disturbing Schools. Police say she wrote "time to die" on her facebook page during the evacuation. Police say the statement caused panic at the school and with parents. Her bond was set Thursday morning at $1,000.

Tirrell Allen Lance, 18, is charged with misprison of a felony, which means he knew about a crime, but didn't report it. Police say Lance found the note, tampered with evidence and misled detectives to try to obstruct the investigation.

Police charged Clinton James Welch, 18, with Disturbing Schools. They say during the investigation, Welch became disruptive to the point of needing to be restrained by detectives.

Police say they don't know if any of the three actually made any of the threats.

The investigation continues with more arrests possible.
