The owner of a popular website was arrested for assault and intimidation harassment.
Myrtle Beach police arrested David Hucks on Sunday.
He owns the website www.myrtle-beach.com, as well as a Facebook page with more than 400,000 fans. undefined
Police say he and Scott Pyle were beside each other at a stoplight when Huck screamed at Pyle telling him to drop a lawsuit against him or he was going to "take you out."
Pyle reported the crime to police who arrested Hucks.
