Horry County police say U.S. Marshals and the Polk County Sheriff's Office arrested Saire Castro in Lakeland, Florida Monday after Horry County police received information he was there.
Police say Castro is responsible for the murder of Kevin Bowens, 35, in Murrells Inlet on March 1st.
Police had Castro in custody the day after the shooting, but say he escaped.
Five other people also face charges.
