An updated has been posted to this story.Horry County police are questioning several people who left the scene of a deadly Garden City shooting and led police on a short car chase.
Police responded to a home on Drayton Court in the Kings Grant subdivision Tuesday night around 10 pm.
Investigators found Kevin Bowens, 35, had been shot several times in the chest. He was taken to the Waccamaw Community Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
Investigators are questioning three people who led police on a chase in two separate cars after leaving the scene of the shooting. Police haven't said if the individuals are suspects or witnesses, but NewsChannel 15 does know that they are in police custody.
Police are still looking to question a fourth individual and continue to search for that person.
