Police seize counterfeit goods in Conway, arrest owner

The Conway Police Department says it has seized thousands of dollars of counterfeit merchandise from JT Jazzy Fashions on Church Street.

Tuesday, officers with Conway Police, as well as agents from the South Carolina Secretary of State's Office, executed a search warrant on JT Jazzy Fashions and say they found numerous counterfeit items for sale inside the business.

According to Conway Police, Albert Mayes, 35, of Conway, is listed as the owner. Mayes has been arrested and will be charged with Trafficking Counterfeit Goods.
