Just as jury selection was about to resume Tuesday morning, Charles Skipper pleaded guilty to the 2008 murder and armed robbery of an Aynor man.

Skipper is one of six people charged in connection with the murder of Ronald Rabon.

Skipper killed Rabon after Skipper and five others lured him from a bar to rob him.

Prosecutors say Crystal Turner was the mastermind behind the plot. She's charged accessory before the fact of murder and armed robbery. Jury selection has resumed in her trial.

Four additional suspects are now state witnesses and may testify against Turner. Charges for those individuals are pending.

Skipper will be sentenced at a later time.
