The ad, entitled "Movement" restates the theme she used in the primary as being an outsider who will shake things up in Columbia.

In the 30-second ad, an announcer says there's a movement taking hold in the state.

A white woman then says it's a movement to take back our government while a black woman says its a movement to include people who have been left out. A man then says it's a movement to make Columbia accountable for how it spends taxpayer money.

Haley, a state representative from Lexington, faces Camden state Sen. Vince Sheheen in the race to replace Gov. Mark Sanford.
