Allen University in Columbia has placed its president on indefinite leave.
Dr. Charles Young is accused of sexual harrassment by an employee of the university.

She claims he made several advances toward her pressuring her to have an inappropriate relationship with him, and when she refused, he threatened her job and said he would hurt her.
She's asking for compensation for emotional distress and suffering along with medical reimbursement, back pay, and restoration to her former position before demotion.
The board of trustees named Pamela Wilson as interim president.
